Vietnam

In recent years, the poverty rate at national level in Vietnam has been declining due to political stability and stable economic growth. However, the gap between regions as well as between the rich and the poor has been widening.
FIDR started its assistance activity in 1991 in cooperation with an international NGO. In 1998, the Vietnam office was established in Danang city, located in central Vietnam. Today, FIDR conducts projects in community development, education, and healthcare in Danang city and Quang Nam province.
